U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday said he will nominate Council of Economic Advisers Chairman Stephen Miran to serve out the final few months of a newly vacant seat at the Federal Reserve while the White House seeks a permanent addition to the central bank’s governing board and continues its search for a new Fed chair.

Atlassian Corp Plc (NASDAQ:TEAM) rose marginally higher in premarket trading Friday after the software maker reported stronger-than-expected fourth quarter results, bolstered by continued growth in its AI and cloud offerings. The company also posted upbeat fiscal year results but issued revenue guidance slightly below estimates.

Under Armour (UAA.N), forecast second-quarter revenue below estimates on Friday as still-high inflation and tariff uncertainty weigh on demand in North America, sending the sportswear maker’s shares down 13% in premarket trading.

Ενέκρινε η Επιτροπή Κεφαλαιαγοράς το αίτημα της Metlen PLC για την άσκηση του δικαιώματος εξαγοράς (squeeze-out) επί των μετοχών της Metlen Α.Ε. (που δεν απέκτησε μέσω της δημόσιας πρότασης).

Datadog(DDOG) stock was climbing Thursday after the cloud-monitoring company reported second-quarter earnings that beat expectations. The company posted adjusted earnings per share of 46 cents for the quarter, above Wall Street’s consensus estimate of 41 cents.

Duolingo (DUOL.O), shares surged nearly 30% before the bell on Thursday, after its annual forecast increase buoyed investor confidence in its ability to drive user growth through AI features and social engagement, while enhancing monetization.
