Eutelsat said on Friday it expected slight revenue growth in 2027 as rapid expansion of its OneWeb satellite connectivity business offsets declines elsewhere, though weaker-than-expected profitability sent ​its shares down as much as 8%.

Eutelsat shares popped on Friday morning, after the European satellite operator announced a 1.35-billion-euro ($1.55 billion) capital raise led by the French state and backed by other investors.
