The Japanese owner of clothing brand Uniqlo raised its annual profit forecast on Thursday on strong global sales ‌but warned about the impact of the weak yen at home and heatwaves in Europe.

The operator of the Uniqlo clothing brand, Japan’s Fast Retailing (9983), said quarterly operating profit surged by a third and it bumped up its annual outlook, citing robust sales growth globally that helped it absorb U.S. tariffs.
