Η Ελλάκτωρ γνωστοποίησε, με ανακοίνωσή της, ότι η μέτοχος REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. ενημέρωσε ότι, προχώρησε στις 13.01.2025, στην άσκηση δικαιώματος προαίρεσης (Call Option) ποσοστού 2,9868% επί των δικαιωμάτων ψήφου της ΕΛΛΑΚΤΩΡ AE, ήτοι 10.400.000 κοινές ονομαστικές μετοχές, μέσω εξωχρηματιστηριακής συναλλαγής (OTC).

Στην πώληση 10,4 εκατ. ευρώ μετοχών της Ελλάκτωρ, συνολικής αξίας 13 εκ. ευρώ, προχώρησε με εξωχρηματιστηριακή συναλλαγή η Motor Oil, στο πλαίσιο της συμφωνίας με τη Reggeborgh.
