Η Επιτροπή Ανταγωνισμού ανακοίνωσε ότι η Aktor Όμιλος εταιρειών αποκτά τον έλεγχο του συνόλου της επιχείρησης ΜΙΛΟΡΑ ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ και με διακριτικό τίτλο ΜΙΛΟΡΑ Μ.Α.Ε. και, μέσω αυτής, χαρτοφυλακίου ακινήτων συνολικής αξίας περίπου 600 εκατ. ευρώ, τα οποία αποφέρουν ετήσιο εισόδημα από μισθώματα περίπου 41,5 εκατ. ευρώ, ιδιοκτησίας της PRODEA INVESTMENTS.

Η Επιτροπή Ενέκρινε την απόκτηση του 100% της Ηλέκτωρ από την Motor Oil, εκτιμώντας ότι η εν λόγω συγκέντρωση δεν δύναται να περιορίσει σημαντικά τη λειτουργία του ανταγωνισμού στις σχετικές αγορές στον κλάδο των αποβλήτων.
