Η Alpha Υπηρεσιών και Συμμετοχών Α.Ε. («Alpha Holdings»), 100% μητρική εταιρεία της Alpha Bank Α.Ε. («Alpha Bank»), ανακοινώνει ότι η πλήρως ελεγχόμενη θυγατρική της, Alpha International Holdings S.M.S.A. («AIH»), προχώρησε στη σύναψη δεσμευτικής συμφωνίας με την UniCredit S.p.A. («UniCredit») για την πώληση του 90,1% της Alpha Bank Romania S.A. («Alpha Romania») στην UniCredit (η «Συναλλαγή») και εν συνεχεία τη συγχώνευση των θυγατρικών των δύο συμβαλλόμενων μερών στη Ρουμανία.
