ΗPerformance Technologies ανακοίνωσε πως η Ετήσια Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση των μετόχων της εταιρείας ενέκρινε τη διανομή μερίσματος μικτού ποσού 0,04197 ευρώ ανά μετοχή, προ παρακράτησης φόρου 5%.

Σύμφωνα με την απόφαση της Τακτικής Γενικής Συνέλευσης των μετόχων της 16ης Ιουνίου 2023, αποφασίστηκε η διανομή συνολικού μερίσματος ποσού έντεκα λεπτών του ευρώ (€0,11) ανά μετοχή.
