McDonald’s third-quarter earnings and revenue beat Wall Street’s estimates.

LONDON, Oct 27 (Reuters) – Shares in Air France-KLM fell as much as 8% to an all-time low on Friday as record third-quarter profits just missed expectations and some analysts worried about rising fuel costs and a lack of profit guidance for the fourth quarter.

HSBC’s profit after tax came in at $6.26 billion in the three months ended September, jumping 235% compared to the $2.66 billion in the same period last year.

Ξεκινά η διαδικασία των ανταγωνιστικών προσφορών για την Alpha Bank την πρόταση της UniCredit στο ΤΧΣ για αγορά του 9% που κατέχει το Ταμείο στον όμιλο. Η πρόταση της ιταλικής τράπεζας, ως γνωστόν έχει κατατεθεί και έως τώρα αποτελεί τη μόνη προσφορά που είναι στο τραπέζι. Ανέρχεται όπως ανακοίνωσε το ΤΧΣ στο 1,33 ευρώ ανά μετοχή (τρέχουσα 1,4 ευρώ). Στην περίπτωση, πάντως που η UniCredit δεν αποκτήσει το 9% έχει δεσμευτεί να αγοράσει τουλάχιστον το 5% της Alpha Bank εντός 24 μηνών.

H ΟΠΑΠ Α.Ε., σε συνέχεια της από 04.09.2023 ανακοίνωσης σχετικά με διανομή προσωρινού μερίσματος για την εταιρική χρήση 2023, ανακοινώνει ότι το μεικτό ποσό ανά μετοχή διαμορφώνεται πλέον σε 1,001771387 ευρώ, εξαιρουμένων των 2.480.754 ιδίων μετοχών που κατέχει η Εταιρεία.

Oct 27 (Reuters) – Sanofi  shares tumbled more than 15% after the French drugmaker abandoned its 2025 profit target under a plan to list its consumer healthcare business, while boosting its development spending plans to shore up its core innovative drugs business.

Η ΔΕΗ ανακοίνωσε ότι ολοκλήρωσε την εξαγορά του συνόλου των συμμετοχών μειοψηφίας που κατείχε η Fondul Proprietatea στις εταιρείες Retele Electrice Muntenia (12%), PPC Energie Muntenia (12%), Retele Electrice Dobrogea (24,1%), Retele Electrice Banat (24,1%), και PPC Energie (12%) στη Ρουμανία, έναντι συνολικού αντιτίμου ύψους 650 εκατομμυρίων RON (περίπου €130 εκατομμυρίων με βάση spot ισοτιμία FX 0,2).
