Dec 5 (Reuters) – Ericsson  shares rallied in early trading on Tuesday after chose the Swedish telecoms equipment maker over Finnish rival Nokia to build a network under a five-year deal that could see spending reach $14 billion.

Την ακύρωση 8.245.534 ιδίων μετοχών που έχει αποκτήσει η εταιρεία στο πλαίσιο του εγκεκριμένου προγράμματος απόκτησης ιδίων μετοχών με σκοπό την ακύρωσή τους, με αντίστοιχη μείωση του μετοχικού της κεφαλαίου κατά το ποσό των 23.334.861,22 ευρώ, καλείται να εγκρίνει η έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση του ΟΤΕ που θα διεξαχθεί στις 30 Νοεμβρίου, μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης.

Μειωμένα κατά 6,4% ήταν τα κέρδη του ΟΤΕ το γ’ τρίμηνο του 2023, αφού ανήλθαν στα 150 εκατ. ευρώ. Σε επίπεδο 9μήνου, τα κέρδη ήταν σχεδόν σταθερά, στα 397,2 εκατ. ευρώ, από 396,4 εκατ. ευρώ στο 9μηνο του 2022.

LONDON, Oct 31 (Reuters) – Vodafone will sell its Spanish business to Zegona Communications  for 5 billion euros ($5.30 billion) in the second major deal by its new CEO to revamp a company struggling with little growth in mature markets.

NEW YORK, Oct 26 (Reuters) – Comcast (CMCSA.O) on Thursday posted quarterly revenue that topped Wall Street estimates, bolstered by strong performance in streaming and theme parks, but also reported a surprise loss in broadband customers.

T-Mobile stock moved higher early Wednesday after the wireless provider posted profit that beat estimates and raised the lower end of its full-year free cash flow forecast.

STOCKHOLM, Oct 17 (Reuters) – Ericsson on Tuesday said it expected the uncertainty impacting its mobile networks business to persist into 2024, after reporting a fall in third-quarter revenue as demand for 5G equipment fell in North America.

Το μεγάλο και σύνθετο έργο υλοποιεί η θυγατρική εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΟΤΕ, ΟΤΕestate, και αναμένεται να ολοκληρωθεί μέσα στο πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2024.
