Με αύξηση 14,2% στον κύκλο εργασιών έκλεισε το ενιάμηνο του 2024 για τη Μοτοδυναμική με τις πωλήσεις να ανέρχονται σε 144,5 εκ. ευρώ, όπως ανακοίνωσε σήμερα η εισηγμένη.

Τη σύναψη δεσμευτικής Συμφωνίας-Πλαισίου (Framework Agreement) με την Intrakat για την πώληση χαρτοφυλακίου ακινήτων ανακοίνωσε η Prodea. Όπως αναφέρεται στην ανακοίνωση το χαρτοφυλάκιο ακινήτων συνολικής αξίας περίπου €600 εκατ., αποφέρουν ετήσιο εισόδημα από μισθώματα περίπου 41,5 εκ. ευρώ.

Στη δημιουργία ενός νέου ομίλου συμμετοχών, με άξονες δραστηριοποίησης τις κατασκευές, τις ΑΠΕ (ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας), τα ακίνητα, τις συμμετοχές (έργα Σ∆ΙΤ και παραχωρήσεων) και τη διαχείριση εγκαταστάσεων, προχωρεί ο όμιλος Aktor, όπως θα ονομάζεται πλέον η Intrakat. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο πρόκειται να δημιουργηθούν πέντε επιμέρους θυγατρικές για τον κάθε τομέα δραστηριοποίησης, ενώ προωθούνται επενδύσεις συνολικού ύψους 2 δισ. ευρώ, με αιχμή τα ακίνητα και τα έργα ΑΠΕ.

Σάρκα και οστά παίρνει το Ecoshift, το επενδυτικό πρόγραμμα της εισηγμένης. Εχει ολοκληρώσει υποδομές και εγκαταστάσεις για την παραγωγή ηλεκτροκίνητων scooter NOOS και φορητών μονάδων μπαταριών αποθήκευσης ενέργειας BES 0.1.

Σε φάση περαιτέρω διερεύνησης μπαίνει η απόκτηση της Ηλέκτωρ από τη Motor Oil, μετά την ανακοίνωση της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού. Η ανεξάρτητη αρχή θα ερευνήσει το κατά πόσο το deal επηρεάζει τη συγκέντρωση στην αγορά διαχείρισης απορριμμάτων.
