NEW YORK, Oct 26 (Reuters) – Comcast (CMCSA.O) on Thursday posted quarterly revenue that topped Wall Street estimates, bolstered by strong performance in streaming and theme parks, but also reported a surprise loss in broadband customers.

Southwest said it plans to slow its capacity growth next year.

MO 0.66% shares were falling after the maker of Marlboro cigarettes narrowed guidance for the year.

Oct 26 (Reuters) – U.S. defense company Northrop Grumman on Thursday raised its annual revenue target for the second time this year after its third-quarter earnings beat analysts’ estimates helped by strong weapons demand.

United Parcel Service -1.60% reported third-quarter earnings that met Wall Street’s reduced expectations. The problem was with guidance.

The French energy company’s adjusted net income stood at $6.5 billion, down from the year-earlier $10 billion but just beating an analyst forecast of $6.4 billion, according to a consensus established from LSEG data.
