Shares of Honeywell International fell in early Monday trading after the aerospace and industrial-automation company lowered its full-year earnings outlook and updated investors on its expectations surrounding the Flexjet lawsuit.

SpaceX Is Worth $800 Billion, Report Says. It’s Only the Beginning.

On Friday, Bloomberg reported that SpaceX had set a secondary share sale, which valued the start-up at about $800 billion, citing a company memo. The price in the secondary offering was $421 a share, the report said, up from a July price of about $212 from a private-market transaction.
