Η Alpha Bank (Προτείνων) ανακοίνωσε σήμερα ότι – στις 24.06.2026, κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου αποδοχής, ο ίδιος προέβη εξωχρηματιστηριακά στην απόκτηση των Μετοχών υπό Σ.Α.Μ. (ως ορίζονται στο Πληροφοριακό Δελτίο), ήτοι στην απόκτηση 2.193.345 μετοχών, οι οποίες αντιπροσωπεύουν ποσοστό 69,61% του συνολικού καταβεβλημένου μετοχικού κεφαλαίου και δικαιωμάτων ψήφου της Εταιρείας, στην τιμή των €20,20 ανά μετοχή.
