Στην ίδρυση της εταιρείας συμμετοχών Masdar Hellas προχώρησε ο πολυεθνικός όμιλος ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας από τα Ηνωμένα Αραβικά Εμιράτα. H Masdar βρίσκεται σε συζητήσεις με την διοίκηση της ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ για την πώληση του 38% των μετοχών που κατέχει στην Τέρνα Ενεργειακή.

Kαθαρά κέρδη μετά από φόρους ύψους 211,1 εκατ. ευρώ, ενισχυμένα κατά 75% σε τριμηνιαία βάση ή 89,9% σε ετήσια βάση, ανακοίνωσε η Alpha Bank για το πρώτο τρίμηνο του έτους. Η αύξηση των κερδών είναι αποτέλεσμα του υψηλότερου Κύριου Αποτελέσματος προ Προβλέψεων (+19,7%), καθώς και της περαιτέρω εξομάλυνσης του Κόστους Πιστωτικού Κινδύνου.

Τη διανομή μερίσματος μεικτού ποσού 0,5629872036 ευρώ ανά μετοχή αποφάσισε η Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση των μετόχων της Alpha Trust Συμμετοχών στη σημερινή συνεδρίασή της.

 Ενέκρινε την διανομή μερίσματος ποσού 0,0485 ευρώ ανά μετοχή από τα κέρδη της χρήσης 2023. Μετά την παρακράτηση φόρου ποσοστού 5% το καθαρό μέρισμα ανά μετοχή είναι 0,046075 ευρώ. Πάνω από 1 δισ. ευρώ ανήλθαν τα έσοδα της Vodafone Ελλάδας το 2023-2024, σημειώνοντας ταυτόχρονα μια άνοδο της τάξης του άνω του 5% σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη χρήση
