Η Allwyn AG ανακοίνωσε την έκδοση 2.494.811 νέων κοινών μετοχών, ονομαστικής αξίας €0,30 η καθεμία, στο πλαίσιο της αύξησης μετοχικού κεφαλαίου λόγω επανεπένδυσης ειδικής διανομής €0,80 ανά μετοχή.
