Στην απόσχιση του τηλεπικοινωνιακού κλάδου χονδρικής και εισφορά του στη θυγατρική FiberGrid (ΔΕΗ Οπτικές Επικοινωνίες), μέσω τις οποίας θα δραστηριοποιηθεί στις τηλεπικοινωνίες και συγκεκριμένα στην εγχώρια αγορά υπερ-υψηλής ευρυζωνικότητας, προχωρά η ΔΕΗ.
