Στα 275,9 εκατ. ευρώ διαμορφώθηκε ο ενοποιημένος κύκλος εργασιών της Autohellas το γ’ τρίμηνο του 2024, σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα που ανακοίνωσε η εταιρεία.

Στο 18,34% διαμορφώνεται το ποσοστό της Thrivest στην Attica Bank, μετά την ολοκλήρωση της αύξησης μετοχικού κεφαλαίου με την έκδοση 359.469.360 νέων κοινών μετά ψήφου μετοχών της Τράπεζας.

Η Attica Bank ανακοίνωσε σήμερα ότι έχει συνάψει οριστική συμφωνία με νομική οντότητα την οποία συμβουλεύει η Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP για την πώληση του 95% των ομολογιών ενδιάμεσης και χαμηλής εξοφλητικής προτεραιότητας δύο τιτλοποιήσεων που εξασφαλίζονται από δύο χαρτοφυλάκια μη εξυπηρετούμενων ανοιγμάτων (“NPEs”) συνολικής μικτής λογιστικής αξίας περίπου €3,7 δισ.
