Η Πειραιώς Financial Holdings ανακοίνωσε ότι η θυγατρική της, Τράπεζα Πειραιώς Α.Ε., ολοκλήρωσε την πώληση του συνόλου των απαιτήσεών της σε χαρτοφυλάκιο αποτελούμενο κυρίως από μη εξυπηρετούμενα ανοίγματα (“NPE”), “Project Delta”, πιστωτικής απαίτησης €0,4 δισ. με €0,16 δισ. μεικτή λογιστική αξία (η “Συναλλαγή”). Η Ευρωπαϊκή Τράπεζα Ανασυγκρότησης και Ανάπτυξης (“EBRD”) απέκτησε το 30% της συμμετοχής, ενώ το υπόλοιπο ποσοστό πωλήθηκε στην APS funds και σε διαχειριζόμενους λογαριασμούς.
