The world’s second-largest shipping company, often seen as a bellwether for global trade, posted a second-quarter profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $2.91 billion.

Fisker  earnings, reported Friday morning, topped analyst expectations, but that was the extent of the good news. Sales were far worse than Wall Street projected.

AMC Networks Inc.’s stock rose 2% premarket Friday, after the network that’s home to “The Walking Dead” franchise beat profit estimates for the second quarter by a wide margin, offsetting a revenue miss.

Star Bulk Carriers (SBLK) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.47 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.50 per share. This compares to earnings of $2 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

Στις 3 Αυγούστου 2023, σε συνεδρίασή της σε Τμήμα, η Επιτροπή Ανταγωνισμού έλαβε την υπ’ αριθ. 826/2023 Απόφαση με την οποία εγκρίθηκε ομόφωνα, κατ’ εφαρμογή του άρθρου 8 παρ. 3 του Ν. 3959/2011, η συγκέντρωση η οποία αφορά στην απόκτηση αποκλειστικού ελέγχου από την εταιρία ΜΥΤΙΛΗΝΑΙΟΣ Α.Ε. επί της εταιρίας UNISON FACILITY SERVICES Μονοπρόσωπη Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία Παροχής Υπηρεσιών, Εμπορική και Αντιπροσωπειών, κατά την έννοια του άρθρου 5 παρ. 2 (β) του ν. 3959/2011.

Νέα κτίρια logistics, συνολικής επιφανείας άνω των 39.000 τ.µ., πρόκειται να προσθέσει στο χαρτοφυλάκιό της εντός της προσεχούς διετίας η Trastor ΑΕΕΑΠ. Με τον τρόπο αυτό υλοποιείται η στρατηγική που έχει «χαράξει» η διοίκηση της εταιρείας, η οποία προβλέπει τη δηµιουργία ενός σηµαντικού χαρτοφυλακίου ακινήτων logistics στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Ασπροπύργου, αξίας 120 εκατ. ευρώ και επιφανείας 150.000 τ.µ.

Η τράπεζα θα δώσει συνολικά 300 εκατ. ευρώ επαναγοράζοντας σειρά ακινήτων που σήμερα μισθώνει. Διενεργήθηκαν οι μισές συναλλαγές. Η ΕΤΕ αγόρασε τρία ακίνητα έναντι 151 εκατ. ευρώ. Προσύμφωνο για άλλα τουλάχιστον 40 ακίνητα με κόστος 154 εκατ. ευρώ.

Υπογράφεται σήμερα, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, η σύμβαση για την κατασκευή των τριών νοσοκομείων του Ιδρύματος Σ. Νιάρχος με ανάδοχο την ΑΒΑΞ. Η σχετική σύμβαση, προϋπολογισμού περί τα 500 εκατ. δολάρια, ανάμεσα στις δύο πλευρές θα υπογραφεί σήμερα το μεσημέρι στο Ίδρυμα Σ. Νιάρχος. Πρόκειται για την κατασκευή των τριών νοσοκομείων του μέλλοντος που θα δημιουργηθούν στην Ελλάδα, στο πλαίσιο της Διεθνούς Πρωτοβουλίας για την Υγεία του Ιδρύματος Σταύρος Νιάρχος.

Αυξημένη λειτουργική κερδοφορία για το α’ εξάμηνο 2023, λόγω της μείωσης των λειτουργικών δαπανών, και κυρίως των δαπανών για αγορές ενέργειας, φυσικό αέριο και εκπομπές CO2. Συγκεκριμένα, τα κέρδη προ τόκων, φόρων και αποσβέσεων (EBITDA) σε επαναλαμβανόμενη βάση διαμορφώθηκαν σε €589,7 εκατ., αυξημένα κατά €160,4 εκατ. (37,4%) σε σχέση με την αντίστοιχη περίοδο του 2022.

Ο ΟΤΕ ανακοίνωσε τα ενοποιημένα οικονομικά αποτελέσματα για το Β’ τρίμηνο του 2023, σημειώνοντας σταθερή αναπτυξιακή πορεία με αύξηση εσόδων κατά 2,4%.
