SHANGHAI, Nov 12 (Reuters) – China’s largest e-commerce player Alibaba Group said it recorded year-on-year growth over this year’s Singles Day sales period that ended at midnight on Saturday, while rival JD.com reported sales volumes at a record high.

Moody’s Investors Service on Friday lowered its ratings outlook on the United States’ government to negative from stable, pointing to rising risks to the nation’s fiscal strength.

Αυξημένος κατά 2,0% ήταν ο Γενικός Δείκτης Βιομηχανικής Παραγωγής τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023, σε σύγκριση με πέρυσι, έναντι μείωσης 1,2% που σημειώθηκε κατά την αντίστοιχη σύγκριση του έτους 2022 με το 2021.

Δεκτή έκανε η ΕΚΤ την Scope Ratings ανάμεσα στους οίκους που παρακολουθεί. Υπενθυμίζεται πως ήταν ο πρώτος οίκος αξιολόγησης που έδωσε επενδυτική βαθμίδα στη χώρα μας.

Τις υψηλές πτήσεις συνέχισαν οι ταξινομήσεις Ι.Χ. στην Ελλάδα, καθώς η χορήγηση νέων αδειών κυκλοφορίας έκανε διψήφιο άλμα τον Οκτώβριο.

Στο 3,4% διαμορφώθηκε ο πληθωρισμός τον Οκτώβριο, σύμφωνα με την ΕΛΣΤΑΤ. Ανάσα από την πτώση στο φυσικό αέριο. Εως και 20% οι ανατιμήσεις σε κατηγορίες τροφίμων.

FRANKFURT, Nov 10 (Reuters) – Euro zone inflation could tick up in the coming months but European Central Bank interest rates held at their current level for long enough could still get price growth back to the 2% target, ECB President Christine Lagarde said on Friday.

Gross domestic product showed no growth in the the three quarters to the end of September, following an increase of 0.2% the previous quarter.

China consumer price index shrank 0.2% year-on-year in October, more than an expected 0.1% decline.

BEIJING/SHANGHAI, Nov 8 (Reuters) – China’s car sales are expected to jump by more than 20% in November, the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) said on Wednesday, citing increased confidence among carmakers striving to deliver annual sales goals in the world’s top auto market.

Μείωση 25,9% σημείωσε το έλλειμμα του εμπορικού ισοζυγίου της χώρας τον Σεπτέμβριο εφέτος, με την αξία των εισαγωγών να μειώνεται 17,6% και εκείνη των εξαγωγών να περιορίζεται κατά 11,2%.

MADRID, Nov 7 (Reuters) – The euro zone’s economy is likely to contract slightly or at best stagnate in the fourth quarter, ECB’s vice president Luis de Guindos said on Tuesday.

LONDON, Nov 7 (Reuters) – British consumer spending grew at the slowest pace in more than a year last month, reflecting concerns about the cost of living in the run-up to Christmas, according to a survey released on Tuesday.

The International Monetary Fund on Tuesday raised its China growth forecast to 5.4% for 2023.
