Venture Global, Inc. (VG) announced Wednesday that the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration has issued a final award in favor of its subsidiary, Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC, in an arbitration proceeding with Repsol LNG Holding, S.A.

Shell (SHEL.L), has challenged its defeat in an arbitration case against U.S. liquefied natural gas producer Venture Global in the New York Supreme Court, a legal filing seen by Reuters shows, weeks after rival BP (BP.L), won a similar $1 billion-plus arbitration.

On Monday, Venture Global Inc. reported explosive revenue growth in the third quarter, with sales reaching $3.3 billion, a 260% increase from the same period last year, driven by record LNG exports.

Shares of Venture Global, a major player in the business of exporting liquefied natural gas, fell 25% in early trading after its guidance for adjusted 2025 earnings fell below Wall Street’s estimates.

Venture Global is targeting up to $110.38 billion valuation in its U.S. initial public offering, the liquefied natural gas exporter said on Monday, setting the stage for the first blockbuster stock market flotation in 2025.
