ΤτΕ: “Πρέσινγκ” στους servicers για ρυθμίσεις και εξυπηρέτηση οφειλετών

Στο μικροσκόπιο της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος βρίσκονται οι εταιρείες διαχείρισης απαιτήσεων (servicers) τόσο ως προς την ταχύτητα και ποιότητα της απόκρισής τους στα αιτήματα των δανειοληπτών, όσο και ως προς την προώθηση των ρυθμίσεων έναντι των αναγκαστικών εκτελέσεων.
