Δυναμικό ξεκίνησε το έτος η Cenergy Holdings, με τις πωλήσεις να ενισχύονται κατά 4% σε σχέση με το α’ τρίμηνο του 2023, φτάνοντας στα 396 εκατ. ευρώ και τα ενοποιημένα καθαρά κέρδη μετά φόρων να ανέρχονται στα 23,6 εκατ. ευρώ έναντι 15,4 εκατ. ευρώ το α’ τρίμηνο του 2023 (+54%).

Η εισηγμένη εμφάνισε έσοδα 101,7 εκατ. ευρώ, αυξημένα κατά 37,6%. Στα 27 εκατ. ευρώ τα προσαρμοσμένα καθαρά κέρδη. Απόφαση για διανομή μερίσματος 0,38 ευρώ για τη χρήση 2023.

Στα €113,3 εκατ. διαμορφώθηκαν το 2023 τα καθαρά κέρδη του ΟΠΑΠ, ενώ όπως δήλωσε ο Jan Karas, «Παραμένουμε προσηλωμένοι στην προσφορά υψηλών αποδόσεων για τους μετόχους μας».

Σε εξαγορά της εταιρείας Ευρώπη Ασφαλιστική προχωρά η Intracom. Η εταιρεία του Σωκράτη Κόκκαλη υπέγραψε δεσμευτικό μνημόνιο συμφωνίας για την τμηματική απόκτηση (αρχικά ποσοστού 65% και μετέπειτα του υπολοίπου 35%) του συνόλου των μετοχών της ασφαλιστικής εταιρείας, έναντι συνολικού τιμήματος ποσού 46,555 εκατ. ευρώ.
