Η ΟΛΠ Α.Ε. ανακοίνωσε ότι πραγματοποιήθηκε σήμερα μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης η Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση των μετόχων της, η οποία διεξήχθη με επιτυχία, σύμφωνα με τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες και με απαρτία που ανήλθε στο 81,28%.

Ο Όμιλος REVOIL συνεχίζει στοχευμένα το επενδυτικό του πλάνο στο χώρο των Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας ολοκληρώνοντας την εξαγορά φωτοβολταϊκών πάρκων συνολικής ισχύος 10 MW, έναντι τιμήματος 1,74 εκατ. ευρώ. Συνέπεια της εξαγοράς ο Όμιλος θα αποπληρώσει τον υφιστάμενο τραπεζικό δανεισμό των πάρκων αυτών ύψους 6,5 εκατ. ευρώ σε βάθος δεκαπενταετίας.

Η Ideal Holdings, σε ανακοίνωσή της, αναφέρει ότι η Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση των μετόχων της 6ης Ιουνίου 2024, αποφάσισε την επιστροφή του κεφαλαίου με καταβολή μετρητών στους μετόχους, ποσού € 0,20 ανά μετοχή.
